外側の色は上絵付けを重ね焼きして色を出しています。ご使用のさい食材の油分によって少しずつ色味が変わって来ます。その際は重曹を溶かした湯で煮沸すると油分が抜け色が戻ります。色味の変化も楽しみながらお使い頂けると幸いです。

The outer colors are created through multiple firings of overglaze decoration. Over time, the colors may subtly shift due to the oils from food. If this happens, boiling the item in water mixed with baking soda will help remove the absorbed oil and restore its original tone. We hope you enjoy watching the piece evolve and change over time.
